NAI Spring represented Gaterco Co. in the disposition of their corporate office building on Dressler Road. The 11,380 Sq. Ft. office building with frontage on I-77 and Dressler Road was sold on 5/20/09 for $1.1 million. Gatherco is in the process of building a new office of Route 30 near Dalton. They will remain in the building through December 2009.
